ALERT:  Impact of COVID-19

Due to the recent developments with the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented strict measures to protect the community at large and our employees alike.  Currently, we have very limited telephone support staff and you may experience longer than normal wait times.  However, we have many self-help resources available on our support site, and you can always reach us through e-mail.  We greatly appreciate your patience during this time.

Will my XBox One X Play in 4K 60Hz?

Our 4K TVs will support the Xbox One X in 4K, but there are specific settings that must be changed for this to work.

  1. Press  on your remote to open the main screen.
  2. Scroll down and select Settings
  3. Press the  button
  4. Scroll down and select TV Inputs
  5. Press the right arrow and select the input where the Xbox console is connected
  6. Press the right arrow and select HDMI Mode
  7. Press the right arrow and select HDMI 2.0
  8. Once you’ve made this change, you should be able to select 4K UHD in the Display menu by going to All Settings> Display and Sound and selecting Video Output

NOTE: We recommend using the HDMI cable that’s included with the XBox One X, as well as having the XBox One X connected directly to an HDMI port on the TV.
